This is ewes’ country
For 5000 years we’ve been raising ewes here. We eat their meat, we use their leather for glove making in Millau, we turn their milk into Roquefort cheese which is made in the caves of Roquefort at the foot of the Combalou mountain.
Escape the everyday
Since the 80’s hickers have roamed the Causses and the Gorges du tarn. Today thousands of tourists visit this outstanding countyside to enjoy a break from the daily grind.
