Come and enjoy our local cuisine a mix of Roquefort and Aubrac flavours, in our restaurant.
On a sunny day ,you can take a break on the deck next to the pool.
During the All Saints’ Day holidays, the restaurant will be closed for Friday evening, Saturday noon and evening and Sunday noon services.

The reputation of our local products is well established: Roquefort, veal meat from Ségala, young lamb’s meat, Aubrac beef meat, Aligot, Gâteau à la broche (cake on skewer), flaune (cake made of curdled ewe’s milk), pérail (soft ewe’s milk cheese)… the majority of products is protectes by a national quality label.
