The reputation of our local products is well established: Roquefort, veal meat from Ségala, young lamb’s meat, Aubrac beef meat, Aligot, Gâteau à la broche (cake on skewer), flaune (cake made of curdled ewe’s milk), pérail (soft ewe’s milk cheese)… the majority of products is protectes by a national quality label.
Quality, origin, freshness are byewords in our kitchen! We are fortunate to have high and products in our region which our chef’s cooking enhances.
